The ability to jump high is a critical skill not only in basketball and volleyball but also in various other sports. Many athletes find it difficult to increase their vertical jump but i'm here to show you that it is not. With enough time, dedication and with my training programs you will be jumping through the roof in no time.

Training Programs

I offer three different training programs that will inevitably increase your vertical if you are willing and consistent enough.

In this program I offer calisthenics workouts you are able to do from the comfort of your own home with no special equipment required. This program is for beginners and specialises in utilising your own body weight and other techniques to help increase your vertical.

In this program I offer one of my best strength training workouts and one of my best plyometric workouts, both designed to heavily increase your vertical.

In this program I offer you the opportunity to train with me and do exactly the workouts and exercises I do to increase my vertical. In this program I will give you 3 of my best workouts that I feel is the most beneficial in increasing your vertical.
